Apprentices have no Studierendenwerk. For problems at work, with your training or at vocational school, the training advisors (Ausbildungsberatung) at your chamber can help: the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) or the Handwerkskammer (Chamber of Skilled Crafts). They are neutral and hear both sides. Training advice is a legal duty of the chambers (Section 76 of the Vocational Training Act).
